1) Who can benefit from Outsourcery?

Anyone! As we are bespoke service, we try to ensure we can meet everyone’s needs and we pride ourselves on our diverse client base from start-up businesses and large corporate companies to actresses and jewellery makers, individuals or teams. Even families and friends can benefit from a virtual personal assistant as stress levels decrease and more time is freed up for socialising, playing with the kids or taking holidays.

 

2) Where will my personal assistant be located?

All of our PAs are located in Cape Town. Cape Town is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, frequently voted as one of the best places to live, work and visit. If you are also based in Cape Town, let us arrange for you to meet your PA in person!

 

3) How does the pricing work?

You will be billed at the end of each month according to the plan you’ve signed up to. Prices for packages start at ZAR 3528 per month. If you’re unhappy with the service, you cancel your plan anytime in the first 30 days and receive a full refund.

 

4) I don’t want to commit just yet…

We understand that taking the virtual leap can sometimes be a bit daunting so we offer all clients five hours of our time totally free. No credit card or sign up required, just see how a virtual PA can change your life.

 

5) How can membership benefit me?

By becoming an Outsourcery member you receive round-the-clock support and advice for getting the most out of your virtual working relationship. We like to get to know you and understand your business so that we can provide you with the very best service, tailored to your individual needs and preferences. You can also benefit from the discounts and special deals offered exclusively to Outsourcery members from our partner companies such as Uber, Pronto and Task Rabbit.

 

6) What is dedicated assistance?

All of our plans include a dedicated personal assistant. This means you can develop and nurture a long term relationship. You will work with your assistant on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person. Your PA will grow to know you, your work, and your preferences – they might even start to second-guess your needs!

 

7) How can a virtual PA really be personal?

All of our personal assistants are specifically matched to our clients’ needs and personality based on the profile you give us. It is the PA’s goal to make their client happy, get to know them and make their lives easier. In no time you and your personal assistant will have established a long-term, effective working working relationship. If you are in Cape Town you can meet your PA, we are curretly looking at offering PAs in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban in 2018 so do ask!

 

8) How long will I work with my virtual PA?

As long as you want! If you are happy with your virtual PA, they’re yours as long as you keep your monthly membership.

 

9) What is the branded email?

This feature allows your dedicated personal assistant to send and receive emails from your domain instead of their @outsourcery.co.za address. This adds a level of professionalism and gives the appearance that your assistant is in-house when desired. Branded email is included in all plans.

 

10) How do I communicate with my personal assistant?

We find Skype to be one of the most cost effective and easiest applications to use for video conferencing and phone calls, but you can email, phone, text – it’s up to you! Your assistant will have their own personal Outsourcery email and ZA phone number. We can also work on other communication methods if you prefer.

 

11) Can my personal assistant handle my calendar / inbox?

Absolutely. Your personal assistant can arrange meetings and manage your calendar with ease. Simply share and grant your assistant access to manage your calendar. It’s that simple!

 

12) Will my assistant be working on the weekend?

Our team work standard business hours (Monday to Friday). You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your personal assistant will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.

 

13) How does holiday allowance work?

Your personal assistant will always consult you before booking a holiday to avoid missing peak times for your business. While they are away we provide emergency cover should you need it as well as call answering.

 

14) I’m not sure this will improve my bottom line.

Nobody likes to spend money on overheads, but consider how much time you’re currently wasting on administrative tasks and how much your business could benefit from your focused attention. We’re confident you’ll feel its worth the investment.
