Richard Walton

CEO

Richard is a seriel entrepreneur, having successfully built and exited numerous multimillion dollar global businesses. Richard continues to be involved on a daily basis helping drive the companies, culture, vision and strategy. Richard is deeply committed to achieving commercial and cultural success for Outsourcery and believes we can quickly become a global player in the outsourcing of professional services. Richard has been featured in the Financial Times, Success Magazine, The Times and Octane Magazine. You will find him sitting in the middle of the office, banging the gong and talking on the phone a LOT.

Shakeera Brey

Head of People
Shakeera is a qualified HR professional and has gained a wealth of human resources experience over the last 15 years. She has worked in various industries and is now utilising her skill and expertise in her role at Outsourcery. Her main focus is on ensuring individual and team happiness across the Outsourcery organisation, which she does through the fostering of employee well-being and by facilitating the continuous development of our most valuable asset – our people.

Katelyn Robertson

Talent Manager

Katelyn is our passionate Talent Manager, having previously worked in human resource roles across a range of industries including media, healthcare and retail. Her main focus is on hiring amazing, talented individuals to join the Outsourcery team. She also manages their onboarding training programme to ensure they receive a warm welcome to the Outsourcery family, and are equipped with the skills they need to be successful in their new roles. She enjoys working closely with a variety of different individuals, and assessing human workplace behaviour with the aim of adding value and contributing to a flourishing organisation.

Rebecca Marshall

Sales & Client Services Director

Rebecca studied Music at Royal Holloway, University of London which has led her to singing professionally in Cape Town in the spare time she juggles a full-time job, a self-employed husband and two young children. She left her role as a buyer for The Disney Store Europe, to drive across Africa over the span of a year, finally setting in Cape Town where she took to the travel industry to feed her wanderlust. After a 10-year stint heading up sales for a safari company, Rebecca found a new opportunity to grow and support the client base within AVirtual. Rebecca and her team ensure that our clients are matched as closely as possible to the right Executive Assistant, and supported beyond their expectations.

Lise Morgan

Client Retention Manager

Lise studied Psychology and has worked across multiple industries from Film to Publishing and has been with us since 2016. She looks for ways to improve client retention and client matching, as well as providing additional support to new staff members when starting to work with new clients. She enjoys finding solutions to make things easier and work better!

Kristen Clague

Head Strategist

Kristen is an expert in all things digital, having worked with some of the world’s most well-known brands such as Audi, Comedy Central and VANS. Her creative solutions are driven by her passion for results and knack for numbers. Kristen is head of social media and helps drive returns for small business online.

Ashlea McElhone

Project Manager

Ashlea runs the project management team and ensures that all client work is on track and to a high standard. She has worked on projects with brands such as Dining-OUT, Sleeping-OUT and Disabled People South Africa. Ashlea enjoys chatting to clients, loves a good list and has a good balance of creative and business management skills.

Carrie Hickman

Systems Coach

Carrie was born and raised as a Capetonian and enjoys living close to the beach in a beautiful city. She loves taking photographs and being creative. Her passion lies in teaching and learning, and she has spent most of her adult life continuing her education in various topics ranging from Counselling to being a Chef. She loves life and tries to view everything from a positive angle which she says helps her tackle problems with a clear mind and makes teaching others a joy.

Sarah Rade

Senior Executive Assistant

Sarah is an accomplished and qualified Executive Assistant with a diploma in Executive Paralegal studies. She has spent 12 years in London, working mainly in law firms. She is a task-oriented and organised person who approaches each day with enthusiasm, a proactive and can-do attitude. Her interests include running, yoga, travel and photography.

Bronwyn Versfeld

Executive Assistant

Bronwyn works side-by-side with CEO’s in Software Engineering, Fashion, Real Estate and Osteopathy. Bronwyn believes PA’s are at the heart of organisations playing a key role in supporting decisions. She believes where a PA used to have a purely reactive role, they are now proactively finding new ways to improve processes and contribute to the goals of the organisation. It’s how well you look for opportunities in each situation, assignment or challenge. Bronwyn holds a BBA in Business Management, as well as a Marketing Diploma from UNISA.

Bronwynn Reid

Personal Assistant

Bronwynn is passionate about what she does for her clients and likes to keep things organised. She has worked in a range of industries and done many roles both in South Africa and the UK, and found that they have added skills and knowledge that help in her work today. She enjoys working with her hands during her off time, mainly knitting, crochet, the odd bit of baking and massage. She is always open to learn new ways of doing things, especially if it helps make things more efficient.

Pia Briscoe

Digital Marketing Manager

Whether travelling to foreign lands or camping in South Africa’s wilder spaces, Pia is always on the lookout for her next adventure. Her passion for the written word lead her to a career in magazine publishing and a need for relevance kick started her move into digital marketing where SEO in particular has grabbed her attention. Pia’s clients are varied and have included an independent research firm, curated luxury travel company and paediatric dental practise.

David Stevens

Digital Marketer

David is a passionate marketing academic, with a desire to constantly learn and achieve new milestones. Having previously worked with renowned international brands such as Audi, Coca-Cola and Woolworths, his wealth of experience and passion has led him to Cape Town to further develop his talents, influencing the growth of SME’s and driving returns via digital channels.
